Short rant so don't panic.
When I was in high school it was common for the students to bring rifles and pistols to school so we could go hunting after school. We kept them in our lockers. No one was shot. No one was killed. We all knew what guns were for and how to use them safely. We all grew up with them.
Now guns are illegel, kids are being killed, and if some poor kid even sees a handgun the powers-that-be send in an army of head-shrinkers to help them get over the trauma. End of rant.
